Ogun Police Engage In Gun Battle With Kidnappers, Fail To Free Lagos PDP Chairman
The Ogun State Police Command has revealed that a 37-year-old woman identified as Bilikisu Kazeem was killed during a gun battle between operatives and kidnappers on Friday. The unfortunate incident occurred on the Lagos-Ibadan Expressway.
According to the Command, nine hostages were rescued from the kidnappers during the encounter.
The Police Public Relations Officer (PPRO) of the command, Omolola Odutola, shared the development via a statement in Abeokuta on Saturday.
